Contraindications for Tantra Work

While Tantra sessions always vary, sometimes in a session, clients will be guided through more intense and activating styles of practice, including breath work and emotional release, which due to the physical and emotional intensity, can have contraindications.

With some health conditions we need to be attentive when practicing these activating practices. However, with other health conditions, it is better not to get into practice until your conditions have improved.

To be on the safe side always let your practitioner know of your health conditions and medication you are taking so they can be more mindful of your physiological and mental state and give you better support during your journey.
