As our business evolves, we’re seeking two capable, heart-aligned professionals to support the back-end systems and forward-facing presence of the Academy. These are paid, part-time remote roles, ideal for individuals who can bring both structure and soul into their work.

This role is perfect for someone who is naturally organised, responsive, and systems-focused. You’ll work with the Managing Director and wider team to ensure the smooth functioning of our day to day operations:

2. MARKETING & AUTOMATIONS MANAGER (PART-TIME, REMOTE)
We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented digital implementor to bring our campaigns and launches to life. This role is a blend of marketing management skills, tech knowledge, and strategic execution. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director, Managing Director, Marketing team and Admin Officer to:
