Manifestation Ritual

Manifestation-Ritual

What is Manifestation?

A Manifestation ritual is a process of bringing your ideas, concepts, visions, and dreams from your inner world into your outer world, so you can enjoy it with your physical body.  What you might not realize is that you manifest things all the time without even thinking about it.  Look around you.  Everything in your surroundings was once a thought in your head before it manifested into your reality.  Your home, your business, the meals you cook, your clients (or lack of clients), your partner, the holidays you go on, events you attend –you manifested all of it!  You combined a vision with action and manifested that vision into reality!

“With our thoughts, we make the world.” ~ Buddha

Focused, consistent, positive and clear thoughts align you with the law of attraction.  To take things to the next level and align yourself with manifestation, you just need to get super clear about what you want, see and feel what it would be like to have it, have a strong intention and voila! You can manifest what you want just as easily as you manifested the lasagna you had for dinner last night.  You just have to believe that once you have the vision and apply the right action, it will come to fruition.  As Dr. Wayne Dyer says, “You’ll see it when you believe it”(as opposed to the more common saying:  I’ll believe it when I see it.)

I have experienced the power of manifesting in my own life – professionally, financially, and personally. Here is one ritual I would like to share with you that I learned when I was quite young.  It works every time!

Manifestation Ritual

When manifesting a desire, there are several things you need to keep in mind.  The new moon is the perfect to time set fresh intentions and full moon is always a powerful time for ritual and magic.  You may want to check out significant or auspicious times in the lunar cycle, astrology or spiritual calendar.

Always respect the rule “harm no one”. What you are manifesting should not be something that belongs to another and should not be a particular person, as you must always respect another’s free will.

Do not be too narrow in your desire.  For example, if you are manifesting money it is better not to ask for $100,000 but rather $100,000 or more or ask for six figures, which broadens the range.  You don’t want to limit yourself.  Also, only manifest what you believe you can manifest –because energy responds to thought and emotion.  If you have the intention “I’m going to manifest land and community living”, but your thoughts are “this will not work” or “is this really going to work?”, it won’t work.

Also, before you begin, make sure you are feeling clear.  Release all tension and anxiety with breath sound and movement and use EFT to tap on any blocked emotions or fears that may be coming up (more on Emotional Freedom Technique coming in a future blog).

1.   Create Your Space

Find a space that feels sacred and peaceful for you.  Clear away any clutter and set up an altar in front of you with a few candles and whatever else you like.  A white candle is perfect as it represents power, protection, manifestation, positivity, and creation. A red candle can also be good for manifesting, as it represents health, strength, passion and protection.  If you enjoy burning incense or diffusing essential oils, then do so.  If you want to cast a more traditional, Wiccan-inspired circle of protection in your space, there are lots of instructions online for how to do so.  Otherwise, simply follow your own intuition and do whatever feels right.  The most important thing is to make sure that wherever you choose to carry out the ritual symbolizes a sacred space for you and separates your ritual time from the everyday mundane.  I like to go outside under the moon or go to the beach or to the forest.  I also like to include statues or images that are relevant to what I am manifesting but as I said, do whatever feels right for you.

Now, set the tone for your ritual with the following prayer:

“I am ready, willing, and able to live the life of my dreams.  I co-create with the Universe.  I graciously receive.  I am love.” ~ Meg Sylvester

2.   Be Clear About What You Want

Don’t just tell the universe you want “abundance.”  Be clear about what you want, why you want it, and by when.  Remember, make sure you believe it is possible and don’t limit yourself.  Do you want abundance, or do you want six figures in your bank account?  Do you want happiness, or do you specifically want a new house?  Do you want to finally find love, or do you really want a committed, deeply intimate partnership?

If you want something so badly that you would do almost anything to get it, you believe it can happen and you know that you deserve it, then you will manifest your desire!  Make it a priority!  Put in the time and effort required to co-create with the universe.

You can also light up some sage and smudge old energy away that is not in alignment with what you are manifesting.

3.   See It

Imagine what it is that you want to manifest.  Concentrate on it and imagine clearly what it would be like to have it.  What are you doing?  Where are you?  How do you feel?  Meditate on this for a while, keeping it clear in your mind.

Now play the song Ek Ong Kar, which is on my Mystical Awakening Playlist on Spotify.  This is a Kundalini chant specifically for manifestation.  As you listen to the sacred words put a clear picture and a feeling to what you want.  See it.  Don’t judge the images, just let them come – you may be surprised.  Simply receive the images.  What would your life look like if you had this?  What action may you need to take in order to co-create with the universe?

4.   Say It

Create an I AM affirmation statement based on your vision.  This statement will help you keep your thoughts and emotions positive and focused on what you are manifesting.  Remember, affirmations raise your vibration and help you manifest quickly and powerfully.  It’s simple. Start with the words, “I am,” then complete the sentence by describing what you want.

This is your intention setting statement, so you want to write it in its positive expression.  For example, rather than saying “I AM not in debt”, write “I AM financially secure”.  Say it as though it is already here.

Examples of I AM statements:

I AM healthy and make nourishing choices for my body

I AM in a career I love

I AM a six-figure business owner

I AM a person with clear, radiant skin

I AM beautiful

I AM joyful

I AM a published author

I AM a loving, kind, and patient mother

I AM in a committed, healthy, passionate relationship

I AM a landowner

5.   Write your Intention Statement with a Small Plan

This step is more practical, but still super important.  As you know by now, if you want to be successful at anything, you need to take action.  Whilst trusting, being receptive and going with the flow are beautiful feminine gifts, these must be balanced with the masculine traits of action, commitment and drive.  Do not confuse manifesting with being passive and remember to balance your feminine and masculine energies (see blog “Cultivating Conscious Masculine and Feminine Energies Within Yourself“).  When it comes to manifesting, just like everything in business, having a vision, as well as small steps with how to get there, goes a long way.

Your plan does not have to be lengthy – the simpler, the better.

First, write down what you will manifest, why you want to manifest it and by when. For example: By then end of 2022, I AM a six-figure business owner with the freedom to travel, buy a camper van and be even more generous with my loved ones.”

Then write down how this might happen.  A full example of this would be:

“I am going to visualize +$100,000.00 on my everyday account and visualize what my life will be like when this is made manifest as part of my morning practice. I will regularly fuel this vision with sex magic (see blog “Guide to Sex Magic).  I will feel gratitude for it as though it’s already here and keep seeding this vision throughout the day by holding it in my awareness and feeling that reality in my body.  Each time I open my bank account, I will keep visualizing the number I want.  I am going to work consistently on developing online courses and manuals and teach at least two retreats, three courses and four weekend workshops over the next year.  I am going to be receptive to money coming to me in unexpected ways and keep in mind that whilst I can move towards what I am manifesting with purposeful action, the universe and my intuition will also be key players.  I am open to the mystery and determined to carry out my plan.”

6.    Release your Intention into the Universe

Use one of your candles and the paper to release your intention into the universe so it can manifest.  Light the candle with intention and read what you’ve written aloud over the candle.  Make sure you’re visualizing it as you read it. You can repeat it and take your time. When you feel like you’re ready, fold the paper up and place it under the candle.  As the candle burns, it is drawing your intention from the paper below it and releasing it out through the flame.  Another option is to burn the paper and release it that way, but make sure you follow all safety precautions (do it outside!)

7.   Close the Ritual

Give thanks as though your desire has already manifested then say this prayer:

Dear Universe, tell me what to do, where to go, what to say and to whom.  I trust that I am being guided.  I know that I am supported and that everything is happening in perfect order. Thank you, Universe.

With Love,
